Isochron Scepter instead of muse vessel. Muse vessel lets you play the card. That means you use the card up. It goes on the stack and then to the graveyard. Isochron Scepter lets you play a copy. That means you can use it again. Panoptic Mirror would also work.

Well, the Muse vessel lets you play that card, and when you play(cast) a card, that goes onto the stack as a spell. When the spell resolves, the spell card that you played will be put into its owner's graveyard, and will not be able to be played again without some shenanigans.

At least your willing to read them. There have been some who will still argue with you even after giving a rules quote

Hey, I have no idea how I passed my rules advisor test yesterday; I have only been playing since Alara block.

If you know it you know it it doesn't matter how long you have been playing for. In fact it might have been easier for you since you are only familiar with the current rules
