Triskelion doesn't have one less counter. It has even one more counter: 3 +1/+1, 1 -1/-1.

If you use a creature with modular you could do even more damage.

Power Conduit to get rid of the -1/-1 counter.

+1/1 counters and -1/1 counter can't exsist on the same card. So the neg counter and one positive counter would fall off triskelion with the net effect of triskeleon coming back with one less positive counter.

Ens, the counters cancel each other out, so it'd just be at 2 +1/+1 counters

Triskelion as a creature to sacrifice... I can remember i did this combo without the sacrifice...
