have the counterspell imprinted on isochron scepter. march of the machines makes scepter a creature. have training grounds on the field along with mind over matter. now counter opponents stuff for 1 mana, then discard a card to mind over matter to untap the scepter and the colossus keeps you from decking out. i admit this is slow but whatever.

the title is wrong, it should be called "counter opponent's stuff for 1 mana and 1 card".
