have all 4 down. tap trader and give vessel to opponent. sac hexmage to remove all counters on vessel. tap and sac mindslaver to control opponents turn and force them to put land down and activate vessel's landfall, thereby making their life total 0.

Best have a way to see there hand / top card of library. Would bite if you used mindslaver and they had no lands.

could also just use it in a black/red land destruction deck. Make it so that if they play a land, they lose the game, and then kill all their lands! Also, red and black have mana exel so hitting that 6 should not be a problem.

Well, it would be pretty hard to take control of all of their turns once you have the combo out.
