As this enchantment enters, you lose life equal to your life total. You don't lose the game for having 0 or less life. If you would gain life, draw that many cards instead. Whenever you're dealt damage, sacrifice that many nontoken permanents. If you can't, you lose the game. When this enchantment is put into a graveyard from the battlefield, you lose the game.

I can see what you were going for with this combo, however, the reality is it does not do anything beneficial for you.

Vampiric link or other life gain will not work for draw, because the lich's draw is a replacement effect to gaining life, however the golem prevents life gain, so the replacement can't occur

The lichs sac for damage is a triggered ability, which means you still take damage, so you still sac your permanents, however your life won't change

When you play the lich with the golem in play, your life total will not go to 0, in fact it will stay where it is, however, the lich's put into grave trigger causes you to lose the game no matter what your life total is.
