This is devastating if you can discard four kindles, because when each is cast by chandra they are still in the graveyard making each hit for 6.

Wrong.  They are all on the stack if they are resolving.

Well, when you cast a card from your hand, it is not in your hand when it is resolving, now is it? It works the same way with cards in your graveyard.

i think they are not cast simultaneously... i think they are cast one by one...

that means you get 5 for the first kindle, 4 for the second, 3 for the third, 2 for the last...

or if the spell is flame burst, it deals 5 for the first flame burst or if you have the 4 firecats in your grave 9, then 4 or 8, 3 or 7, 2 or 5...

or am i confused with this text and the "until end of turn, you may cast those spells with paying their mana costs" text?

You got it backwards, but you were close.

From Gatherer:  "Each card you cast this way is put on the stack, then the ability finishes resolving. Those spells will then resolve as normal, one at a time, in the opposite order that they were put on the stack. They'll go back to the graveyard as they resolve."

The first one deals two damage, the second three, the third four, and the fourth deals five damage.

From http://gatherer.wizards.com/Pages/Card/Details.aspx?multiverseid=195402
You cast red instant cards and red sorcery cards from your graveyard as part of the resolution of Chandra Ablaze's third ability. You don't choose which ones to cast until you're actually doing so as the ability resolves. You cast only the ones you want to, and you may cast them in any order. Timing restrictions based on the card's type (if it's a sorcery) are ignored. Other restrictions are not (such as "Cast [this card] only during combat"). Each card you cast this way is put on the stack, then the ability finishes resolving. Those spells will then resolve as normal, one at a time, in the opposite order that they were put on the stack. They'll go back to the graveyard as they resolve.
