Quite simple. However you want to do it, twiddle or otherwise, equip the thornbite to Royal Assassin. Twiddle then kill. this works for one kill, so find a way to repeat the twiddling, I don't personally have a good way, so use a panoptic mirror or something. Post if you have a better way.
