Use it then equip, and because they don't control the creature they are stuck with it.

you know, unless they shatter it or something, but that really isn't the best thing to do, I mean a creature with those ablities is really bad, especially when you could probably kill with the same amount of work

not when its a blightsteel (its more for titanic creatures)
