Sacrifice Spine of Ish Sah to Priest of Yawgmoth, 7 black mana in mana pool. Cast Spine of Ish Sah again, Mirran Spy untaps Priest of Yawgmoth. I added Etherium Sculptor to give you infinite black mana.
