1 problem and just a formality, the swamp needs to be overgrown tomb or the equilvant

frankly i prefer it with the cutter gives them a false sense of hope, the cuter will also allow you to win going first

just switch the swamp for overgrown tomb, its a forest so you can use invigorates alternate cost and it gives you black mana for the strike

This is a combo, but it isn't a win.  You are only going to deal 14 damage, but you are going to make them gain 14 life before you do.  So they will still be at 20 after you have spent your Lotus Petal, and 3 Invigorates.

Tainted strike makes it poison counters instead of damage. That means you only need to hit for 10 power with an infect creature. Infect makes invigerate a much better card. You give them life, but they won't die from life loss. They will die from poison counters. I would look at burning shawl form the kamagawa block for another power ramp.
