I like that one better than the Sigil Captain, Redcap, Scarland thrinax combo i had. Yours is cheaper and more effective.

How is this infinate? The redcap only comes back if it doesnt have a -1-1 counter. How did u remove it?

Juniper's +1/+1 counter that it gives murderous redcap when it returns to play cancels out the -1/-1 counter that it would receive from persist.

I dont believe that cancels out a -1 -1 counter. It still has the counter. It has a +1 +1 and -1 -1 which means it has a -1 -1 counter which means it doesnt persist the second time. I may be wrong but i dont think the effects of two or more counters balancing out physically removes the counter. Persist doesn't care if the counters balance, only that there is still a - 1/1 on the card. If some one can clarify i'd like that preferably with a quote from the rules so i can look it up. Thanks.

yes +1/+1 and -1/-1 counters cancel each other out. and they are both removed from the permanant with them.  but only those counters so if you have a +2/+2 counter and a -1/-1 counter you have two counters not 1 +1/+1 counter

If you look at the Shadowmoor Faq it explains it there
