I personally would do this turn 2 and instead leave out the 2 high priced and difficult to draw cards. Just abundence and horn of greed would do. If you could have Asura, lost but seeking then it would be all you would need.

Now that is nice, but still 21 cards out of 60+ doesn't seem to cut it for your entire hand. Mill decks require control, or to be striping 60 cards before the opponent deals 20 damage to you.
