use energy tap on the dragon to get the mana for the kicker cost, targeting the dragons 5 comes into play legend rule kills all 6 of them

I see. But, they are tokens. Even tokens of Legends can't be on at the same time?

Yes, because a copy has all characteristics of what it is a copy of. This means that a copy of a legendary creature is also a legendary creature with the same name.
