10 Tap mox opal for blue

20 Use Master Transmuter\'s ability to put the Spine into play (returning Mox Opal to your hand) and destroy target permanent. 

30 Sac the Spine to Grinding Station (you could use any other sac engine) to put the Spine in your graveyard, returning it to your hand and untapping Master Transmuter (thanks to Dross Scorpion) 

40 Play Mox Opal

50 Goto 10

Dross Scorpion is such an under ratted card. It is has the potential to be an engine in so many artifact combos.
