I lied, this may not be the quickest, but it certainly is a surprise for your enemy. Invigorate can be cast for free if you let your opponent gain 3 life - this works perfectly with an infect strategy.

Add Overgrown Tomb and a lotus petal and my combo is turn 1.

Invigorate is so fun to play with Infect. I wish I had some.

Nice combo. I had forgotten about the hasty infect.

why not try:
Swamp, Dark Ritual,Dark Ritual,Entomb,Corpse Dance (Assault Strobe and Lotus Petal optional)

play Swamp and cast Dark Ritual Dark Ritual make 5 black, use 1 black for Entomb(searching for Blightsteel Colossus)
use 3 more black for Corpse Dance (while Blightsteel Colossusis in grave, before shuffle effect triggers) to ressurect Blightsteel Colossus (which would be in play with haste then..)
Blightsteel Colossus attacks

can add Lotus Petal and Assault Strobe (for double strike) in case opponent went first and cast 4 Memniteand another creature for 1

The only problem is the the colossus' ability that causes it to be reshuffled is a replacement effect rather than a trigger effect like from Emrakul.

is a first turn infect kill (now... good luck getting that hand without stacking the deck)

or dark ritual, necropede, lotus petal, Invigorate, Invigorate, Invigorate, lightning greaves
for first turn kill infect
