Realm razer's ability that triggers when it leaves play will trigger the landfall effects of rampaging baloths...

so,
you get a bunch of beast tokens, to put it simply. :P

but adding Ob Nixilis would mean a 4th colour, and its hard to run more than 3 colours usually

That depends. Orochi leafcaller or gemstone array can fix mana very well. There is actually more multi mana and mana fixers in that block than normal mana producers.

a nice extra to that: Use Path to Exile on the Razer for another land, if you don't mind the exile
