simple.
donate immortal coil to your opponent, then with leyline of the void in play at the start of the game,
your opponent will have no graveyard and lose.

Just be sure to have some cards in your own library when you play the coil or else you'll instantly lose, lol.

If you change leyline of the void with Nihl Spellbomb then it will be easier to get out and will work later in the game

Because the Toil cards uses a trigger, if you destroy Leyline of the Void with a spell while Toil's trigger is on the stack, you will stop the combo. This is because when the trigger checks the conditions upon resolution, meaning it will fizzle due to a new card being in the graveyard.

Spring cleaning is the best card against this combo.

afraid not, once an ability triggers there are only 2 reasons it checks something at resolution 1) if it has targets it checks to make sure the targets are still legal  2) if it has the "intervaining if" clause it checks to make sure the trigger condition is still valid (see Felidar Sovereign for an example of this)

Since the coil doesn't target and doesn't contain "if" in the trigger ability, it doesn;t need to check anything at resolution.  so once it goes off only a stifle or such will stop it.  so the best way to deal with this combo is prevent it from happening.
