Use Nighteyes to bring Faceless Butcher to play. While the trigger is on the stack, sacrifice it with Carrion Feeder. The exit trigger on Faceless Butcher will fizzle, leaving a creature permanently exiled. Rinse and repeat for however many turns.

To pump up this combo, add some training grounds and a freed from the real.

I dont understand why a Freed From the Real would help... yes training grounds would be nice.
