Have you even read the cards? There is no interaction here.

Firstly, Blood Funnel ONLY affects non-creature spells, so doesn't reduce the cost of Grinning Ignus.

Secondly, as pointed out in the other thread, Grinning Ignus needs (R) to be played, and another (R) to activate. It cannot be used to generate infinite mana UNLESS you have a way of turning colourless into Red mana, or a way of playing it without paying it's mana cost at all (e.g. Aluren). Otherwise all it can do is turn (R) into (2).

Again, does not work. You still end up needing (R)(R) in order to get (R)(2) back.

Hmm, I got that very backwards it seems. Needs a mana converter (and a different card).
