Use Timetwister to draw seven cards. Play BL and LED then sac. BL for 3 mana green, use Regrowth target Timetwister and sac. LED before resolve for 3 mana blue. Repeat. (Problem : You must have seven cards for Timetwister.)

7 cards is not really a problem, you just need to have 3 in your hand after you cast doomsday. with black a couple of self discarding will help you make that control, hopefully one of your key cards is not the one that is still on the library when timetwister is done, having a method in play to draw (like archivist) will prevent that

draco-its basically an infinite green mana combo since he gets 3 from BL but only uses two for regrowth. the G builds up and then is used for the X in braingeyser forcing target player-ie your opponent to draw X cards decking themselves.

you can also use brain freeze or bitter ordeal in place of the braingeyser to go for the storm win

Realistically, you could stockpile any colour into your manapool, you just need at least one green from a previous BL sacrifice to use.

Very interesting combination, but it has one fundamental weakness. By the time you stockpile enough mana for the guiser, your opponent will have drawn and cycled through x number of 7 card hands, meaning if they have a possible counter they will more than likely get a chance to use that counter.
