The key cards are Mist, Mortiphobia and/or Compulsion, and Withered Wretch. 
Either player can only untap as many permanents as they have cards in their graveyard. Most people aren\'t ready for this and have no defence against watching their graveyard get slowly removed, or all at once in the case of Tormod\'s Crypt
With either Mortiphobia or Compulsion you can start filling up your graveyard. The difference between the two is either removing your opponents cards or drawing cards. I use both cause it flows faster but you could get away with one or the other.
The Wretch just makes keeping up with locking down your opponent\'s graveyard easy and convenient for you. Throw in something to tap their permanents for them and it\'s pretty much in the bag.
