Stuffy Doll + Guilty Conscience is the infinite. The Dark Ritual is just to play him faster. Stuffy Doll is indestructable and does damage dealt to it to the chosen player. If you chose the enemy player then any damage goes to them. This makes stuffy doll a great tool for directing damage at the enemy.Guilty Conscience causes the enchanted creature to deal damage to itself if it deals damage to a creature or player. On Stuffy Doll this causes the doll to deal damage to the opponent which triggers Guilty Conscience to trigger again. A loop of infinite damage occours. Stuffy Doll + Priah is another well run one that causes any damage dealt to you to go to the doll which then goes to the opponent.

At first glance, I thought this would be an infinite loop that would result in a draw, but I'm not sure anymore.

If it were played in a multiplayer free-for-all, the moment the player reaches zero, he or she is removed from the game (loses due to a state-based effect), and any residual damage from Stuffy Doll would fizzle (ending the loop).

I suppose it's the same logic for a one versus one? Or would it be considered an involuntary and endless loop because it can't be finished during the span of the game?

He would die, ending the loop. In multiplayer, the Stuffy Doll would have no target and the ability would fizzle.
