using her last effect with two Urza's rages you can hurt some one real bad with a 20 that they can't stop

When you can play a card without paying its mana cost it refers to the cost in the upper right corner, additional costs such as buyback or kicker still need to be paid when cast.  so you will need to pay 16RR to do 20 damage

this has come up before at a DCI tournament i was in... you can pay for the kicker if you didnt pay for the rest of the cost... at least you can with thicket elemental after the casting cost is decided to go through you can decide later, as long as it is between casting (or playing) and resolving the final ability

yes paying the kicker is no prob. The hard part is getting the spells into the graveyard without actully casting them.

Actually Chandra will do that for you when you use her + loyality ability.

yup and just have some low costing burn cards, like lighting bolt and stuff like that. wounder with her last move how many times can you cast the spell? since it don't say on the card

ally-you will be able to cast each spell once (for each time you use her ability) after that it is on the stack and not in the graveyard, they don't start resolving until you cast all you want

The hard part is getting the spells into the graveyard without actully casting them.

Yes Chandra can do that for you, however there is no restriction that says they needed to be put in the grave without casting.  So you can cast a bolt and then use her ability to cast it again.  Basically she gives red instants and socerys flashback without the cost or exile afterwards. 

 I actually play her in my RB madness deck and they are amazing in it, as both a discard outlet and then to play them burns again

Ablaze is good, however her orginal incarnation was a little lacking compared to the other walkers.

It is like a spell shaper. That said it takes a card, while the other ones don't. It is better than a lightning bolt, but it has to be due to the fact that it takes 2 card to do. It's good if you build a deck around cheap red spells and very high priced ones like the ultimatiums. She isn't the best planeswalker due to her high cost as a mono red card. Not bad, but far from the best option.Chandra Nalaar is better in my opinion because her final ability clears the field for you small fast red creatures to get through, and her - ability. Chandra Ablaze'a best ability is probally her - ability. You can dump you hand and draw more cards using her. It can also screw with control hands. She is good in that there are few way's for red to draw cards.

Blaze would do 0 damage because not paying the cost makes x 0. Chandra's ability lets you play the spell without paying the casting cost. It is cast without paying not cast and may chose not to pay. Alternate cost like kickers can be payed.

extra card draw makes you discard a lot more... and chandra allows u a free flash (pardon the pun)

that would be brutal later in the game...a s would chandra ablaze and traumatize
