I, for one, didn't think of this.. People can be real pricks sometimes. It's a good idea, at least. Only in serious play, Joraga will be out of there before you even get the chance to enchant him.

Letys see its a card which when combined with the warcaller pumps you entire army. How is that not a combo card

It's a combo. That said immaculate magistrate would do more in fewer turn. It would just take longer to get onto the field.

Immaculate counts. Pumping 1 counter out a turn doesn't. It's just too slow and easily destroyed.

Turbine-that doesn't answer why cocoon is not a combo card. 

Immaculate dies just as easily as cocoon, and as psyche pointed out it takes longer to get on the field.  As for its ability I guess that depends on the person and deck build, but when turn five comes I rather have 5 4/4's, then a 7/7 and 4 1/1s. 

Immaculate does have a good ability but the ability is limited by what is on the field and for how long (ie if you play an elf and tap the immaculte to give counters your opponent can destroy the target therefore losing the counters.  You can easily be doing 1 counter per turn with the magistrate.  however, Since the jorga/cocoon combo is static there no shenagins like that.  Once jorga has 3 counters your 1/1's are entering the field as 4/4's out of bolt range.  It might only be one counter a turn but its basically a glorious anthem each turn.

lol... what i did to someone ... was joraga and 3 primal cocoons, and whispersilk armor, so it had shroud, then i would use it with my elf deck with a few spells like genesis wave (not like elves can produce mana or anything right?)
