turn 1, play mountain, mass hysteria, lotus petal
turn 2, play island, tap mountain, sacrifice lotus petal for black mana; cast mana flare (using 2 black and 1 red), tap island (2 blue, 1 black in mana pool), use black and 1 blue (1 blue left) mana to cast cloud of faeries, to untap the 2 lands, retap mountain and island for a total of 3 blue, 2 red mana ; then...
cast splinter twin on the faeries, tap the faeries to clone itself... untap island and mountain (still 1 blue in mana pool) cast freed from the reel on the faeries
tap island and mountain for (2 blue, 2 red mana)
use 1 blue to untap the faeries
rinse and repeat till you have the mana or creatures to cast what you like, use turnabout to finnish on the 3rd turn
this is fun with stuff with storm... like dragonstorm

how did you get 2 black from lotus pedal? It only give you one. Are you using a dark rit?
This would work, but your draw would have to be perfect
