Ok if I'm following this your using asusa for acell. So you cast upheval and lock them with max cards with the anvil black vise then kills them.
In which the problem is when you upheve your permanents get returned to so you can only drop the vise afterwards. So they will take damage that turn and then discard down to 7 so at most you will only be able to damage them 2 or 3 turns max. Seems like a lot for so little
To make more effective you can add W for oring or nowhere to remove asusa from the game. After the upheval asusa comes back and you can drop 3 lands allowing you to play the vise and the anvil so your opponent is maxed out

make sure you cast the anvil and vise after upheaval (make sure you have enough mana available for this)
