Play Teardrop Kami for 1 U mana. Then play Veil of Secrecy for its splice cost. If you have other spirit cards like Callow Jushi or Thief of hope. Mass counters or steal a lot of life and make all your spirits or Ninja's unblockable every turn

I'm not sure this works... is casting a creature spell (Teardrop Kami) considered an arcane spell (for purposes of splice cost)?

No Arcane spells will have the subtype arcane on its type line. You can't splice it to a creature spell. You will need to find another way to bounce the kami. Isn't there a card from kamigawa that bouces blue creatures back to hand each upkeep

The only combo that you could use for this is http://www.mtgcombos.com/view.php?fid=2&tid=31672. I saw it used against me. It does very well for creature resurection.
