This is not very compact, but it works quite well.
You have everything on the field, with the Sword equipped to the Ruin Ghost. Tap the Scribs to super-mill (that's my name for it; I really want it to spread), and tap the Plains for what would end up being 3 mana. The land exiles, and enters the battlefield UNTAPPED (sorry...some people have trouble understanding that sometimes...), the Cobra landfalls, the Scribs landfall, you have 3 open mana, activate the Sword, untap Ruin Ghost. Lather, rinse, repeat, do whatever.

instead of sword of the paruns, you can use "Freed from the Real", it allows you to untap a creature  with one blue mana.

use freed from the real and toss a high tide instead of green to switch a color to make it esper. you would need a dual land tho...
