Play Greater Gargadon in suspend cost, then play Sway of the Stars. Before Sway of the Stars resolves, sacrifices many permanent you have for reduce time counters of Greater Gargadon into 1. After Sway of the Stars resolves, play a permanent from your hand to feed Greater Gargadon and Attack.

You still need a way to give it haste.

When a creature comes out of suspend, it gains haste.

Look for a creature with suspend that has reminder text.

Yep, I myself wasn't sure about the haste, but it's true.
