Little thing i just stumbles upon, Make it so they dont have enough mana to play anything. Get one creature out (lodestone golem) and get this out and watch as they cry since it takes 4 extra mana to play a spell but can only have 4 permanents in play.
This is not a perfect lock i understand its easily disrupted and such. Just thought it was interesting to have a 5/3 when they are going to have a hard time playing a 1/1. Nether Void is the last drop. Its hard to set up quick enough but it does screw up alot of combo decks.

Not a bad soft lock. Low mana decks could get through, like red burn but others would have potential problems to do anything at all.
