not sure if itll work because i dont know if it counts as combat damage but basicly play prodigal pyromancer then play and equip spellbinder and remove rally the righteous from game and tap prodigal pyromance use the effect on opponent rally the righteous untaps prodigal pyromance repeat this infinently to win game

No, it is only combat damage if it is dealt directly by the creature during combat.

It isn't infinite either. Only supplies two hits.
You know what's fun though? Godo, Bandit Lord with the Spellbinder and made unblockable. You get 6 damage + the effect of the instant.
