You only need to have library and mind over matter in play, and have 7 cards in you hand. tap library to draw a card, then discard useless card by mind over matter and untap library. You library is in you graveyard now. Use reanimate in ghoul exile you graveyard expact dragon breath. Ghoul will be strong and have haste because Dragon Breath will attach to him. Attack and kill opponent.

You could also change the Library to Urza's Blueprints or to Temple Bell (the bell would also let you alt win by milling your oppenent!) This would greatly reduce the cost of the combo (in terms of $) and also blue has some very nice artifact fetching tricks and also has some creatures that can tap for a draw. In addition, it would get ride of the odd must have 7 in hand stipulation that makes the combo hard to pull off and easy to counter. Just my two cents.

the library is worth a lot because of combos like this... library of alexandria, mind over matter, jaces erasure (x2)

also... its from arabian nights, and most of those packs never made it acoss the borders without being opened (and un-sellable)
