Pili-pala equipped with paradise mantle, and leveraging on training grounds will produce infinite mana. Memnarch will steal everything that can be targeted by spells and abilities.

I dont see how this produces infinite mana. Training Grounds doesn't reduce activated ability cost to less than 1.

tapped equipped pili-pala. use the one floating mana to activate untap, thus producing one mana. Tap pili-pala, now you have 2 mana floating. continue doing so, gaining infinite mana

I'm guessing he assumed that you needed a zero costing untap, but didn't bother to read Pili-Pali.
