grafted exoskeleton on the wolf, then hatred on the wolf, and whisper silk cloak on the wolf

add this (grafted exoskeleton) for poison

I think you need to see this. There are better ways to use Hatred.

with grafted exoskeleton (makes it a 4/4), only pay 10 6 life into hatred (makes it a 10/4) though, and 10 poison for opponent, this is not meant as a dmg combo, but rather a poison one

Still, there are better ways to use poison. Invigorate for example.

Invigorate is a decent card but is not better then hatred especially in this combo. Hatred wins invigorate only does 7 counters. In addition if a simple naturalize removes the infect hatred can still win you the game (17 life) invigorate can't

To make it cheaper you can use too: Lone Wolf+Hatred+Ranger's Guile(Innistrad).
In Hatred Infect, just use Sacred Wolf+Hatred, then a Souls Fire in the wolf.
But, I have to agree with Turbine, there other better ways to use Hatred. However, in the same way, I think the intention of Draco was not to make the GREATEST HATRED COMBO, just an alternative option. Because if we see how Hatred combos exists...

yea   hatred+raging goblin+lotus petal+swamp+dark ritual(x2)   is far better.

even though its not ment to be a "damage" combo, its still the same concept. you still gotta attack and  hit with the creature to win. your just paying less life for posion counters, (might as well use an infect creature and get ride of the grafted exoskeleton) thats the only difference. except with the raging goblin combo, its first turn win if you draw it.

but um just a final thought, but the time you get all those cards out it is possible somone might have a card like Wing Shards to counter an attack

thats true, there is a counter for every combo out there, but assuming the combo actually goes through, is how the site is meant to work
