Need Skithiryx the blight dragon for this

equip the 2 artifacts to skitheryx for fun :)

Skitheryx, the blight dragon infects for 4, pumpable, and regerate, and hits all creatures if they block, and poison if they dont block

Kusari-Gama deals damage not equiped creature. so infect -1/-1's would not activate. still a good combo though
