You also need a Wurmcoil Engine and Mimic Vat and any land you want, its pretty simple, with the wurmcoil engine exiled to mimic vat, pay 3 mana to make a copy of the engine, sac the engine to the altar giving 2 mana, tap one land and now you have 3 mana floating, tap Fatestitcher to untap the vat and use the 3 floating mana to do it again. the only thing is I dont know a good way to make this infinite, and you need some way for the engine to hit the graveyard to get the 3/3 tokens, which is the point of this combo if anyone has a suggestion I would love to hear it

You can make it infinite by sacrificing the deathtouch token every time.

equip thornbite staff to the fatesticher.  sac the wurmcoil token to the alter for 2 colorless untaping the fatesticher, the token goes to the grave creating the life death tokens, tap the sticher to untap the vat, sac the life token, now you have 4 in pool, sticher untaps, create a new wurmcoil token, tap sticher untap vat, sac the death token now you have 3, create an new wurm coil.  then repeat to go infinite
