This combo is easy to figure out. I run it in a deck with lots of white and black knights so I added Haakon to the combo. He being there makes more sense if the deck has knights but still works in the combo if you dont.

How would you deal with mill decks? Or the graveyard hate in sideboards?

I would lose. Unless just drawing knights and attacking is good enough.

Liliana Vess and Morality Shift are actually good anti mill cards. Morality Shift makes them mill you twice, and Liliana Vess takes advantage of creatures being in your graveyard. I would just use buried alive on Haakon and not even need Forbidden Crypt, but that's just me.

Ideally I just kept it as is in order to not run out of cards to draw if I switch with few cards in my graveyard.
