IF you can get 3 dark ritual, or some other mana accel, you can pull this off turn 3 or 4 with ease.

It's good, but to be safe, I would rather play Mirror Universe since the magus is more vulnerable to removal than Universe.

Magus of the Mirror is just a creature version. Similar to Magus of the Disk. . .and Ith, High Arcanist.
