NOTE: Sol Ring is actually Mimic Vat from Scars of Mirrodin.
Create a Coretapper token with the Mimic Vat (after imprinting it from first time use), tap and sac it for 3 charge counters to be put on the Magistrate’s Scepter for an extra turn.
Not quite as good as Time Vault and Voltaic Key, but a hell of a lot cheaper to buy!
Can fit into any deck since it\\\'s all colorless.
Add
Myr Galvanizer + Myr Galvanizer + Palladium Myr for infinite colorless mana and you have the beginnings of a decent deck!

Sol Ring is actually Mimic Vat from the Scars of Mirrodin. Fits into any deck since it's all colorless.

Magistrate Scepter is already too broken. My friend has an infinite turns deck with it. It and his Sliver deck are the two banned ones (aka we don't play with or against them, since they are too good).
