I just wanted to bring back to mind the entire grindstone combo, with a simple fix for Erakul and alike. Leyline of the Void is another way.

BTW this can easily be a turn 2 win and even turn 1.

Turn 2 win opening hand: Ancient Tomb, Painter's Servant, City of Traitors, Grindstone.

Turn 1 win opening hand: Ancient Tomb, Painter's Servant, Lotus Petal, Grindstone, Lion's Eye Diamond.
