First turn: play a plains

Second turn: play another land and then tap to play Isochron Scepter (with Orim's chant in your hand) Imprint Orim's Chant.

After that save 2 lands to spend on Isochron Scepter's imprint so that each one of your opponent's turns you tap isochron so he can't play spells just lands. If you want to spice it up just play an Aphetto Alchemist so that you can tap it on your turn and on his turn.

How about, Play land, Sol ring, Isochron Scepter.
