There are options for damage prevention. If you can make 1 damage lethal then this and first strike becomes very good deck. Ping critters or archers are also options.

as dangerous as a nail going into your foot, though in japan they were used by ninja to aid in their escape and were dipped in poison.

also used several times when they could be sneaked into an enemies escape route, or laid out in front of fortresses

add stuff like nettling imp or noritt to take care of creatures with tap abilities
