Mox Ruby is actually Mox Opal

Erratic Portal is actually Prototype Portal

Turn 1 Mountain + Voltaic Key

Turn 2 Mountain + Iron Myr

Turn 3 Mountain + Prototype Portal (Imprint Mox Opal, cast Mox Opal). Tap Mox Opal to activate Voltaic Key to untap Prototype Portal. Rinse and repeat until you have enough red mana to cast Fireball.

People seem to forget Mox Opal is a Legendary artifact.

As Homer Simpson says "DOH!" (Wishes Mirror Gallery was Type 2 legal).

Does the timing rules allow you to tap the second copy (as it comes into play) before both copies are destroyed by the Legendary rules?

Found the answer:

Rule 704.5k If two or more legendary permanents with the same name are on the battlefield, all are put into their owners’ graveyards. This is called the “legend rule.” If only one of those permanents is legendary, this rule doesn’t apply.

State based action applies before gaining priority so the answer is no, both copies go bye bye instantly! Sorta like all the molecules of your body exploding instantaneously at the speed of light (very bad).
