Play both. The Godhead makes all creature INCLUDING ONES IN LIBRARIES 1/1. Wild Pair allows you to take and creature with the same P/T from your library and put it into play. ENJOY

Godhead only affects creatures in play.

It would only effect creatures in your library if it specifically states so.
