Part of this combo was already posted, but I think this updated version sweetens it up a bit.

Why not replace hold the line with Indestructibility, or at least withstand death?

Because Hold the Line will give you as many creatures in one turn that indestructibility will give you in seven.  With this combo Hold the Line does seven damage extra per creature, resulting in 14 1/1's per blocking creature in addition to whatever damage each blocking creature already does.

Adding indestructibility to this combo is great but I wouldn't take out Hold the Lines.

actually i think that you would get a token for EACH damage dealt to it, not equal to its total toughness, which if im right, would make withstand death alot better, and render hold the line useless.  since all damage is dealt at once, it would ALL go on the creature, then it would check for lethality, and die.  so even if the toughness is 1, it would still take, say 30 damage and make you 30 tokens.

Why would you need hold the line? Make him indestructible instead. . .

Hold the line is a flat +7/+7. That means you can survive up to 8 damage. Even if you take more, since it is simultaneous you can still get the tokens so hold the line is only good to raise the survivability of this. Withstand death or shield of kaldra you can take infinite damage, which is more than 8.

It is because you are attacking with Broodhatch Nantuko enchanted with lure
Hold the line gives all of their blocking creature +7/+7 so that is an extra 7 tokens for each blocking creature

exactly, hold the line is for their creatures.  It will give me a ridiculous number of tokens after one attack.  If they have 5 1/1's that will give me 80 1/1's with the doubling season!

Ah. I read it wrong. . .Indestructibility would still be nice though. He could play Pyroclasm and mess up your entire setup.

Plus, you can block all the 1/1s that he puts out. Essence Warden also is nice for life gain.
