Ok have a pilferers out with deathrender equipped and the altar out and the other pilferers in hand

1. sacrifice the pilferers, you mill cards equal to the pilferers power which was 5

2. use deathrenders other ability to bring the other pilferers in your hand out and equip deathrender to it

3. since the pilferers came into play bring the one in the graveyard back into your hand

4. repeat

while goblins are fun and all, try using these cards instead for sac creatures:

Junk Diver
Myr Retriever
both of these cost 3 and 2 mana, are artifacts, and are faster than a 5 CC goblin.
