you won't get the extra turn but it's a lockdown nonetheless... most probably... unless your opponent goes... swamp, dark ritual, dark ritual, Barter in Blood...

i prefer combo like fauna shaman and elvish piper, discard vengevine to get emrakul, and carry on

actually, turbine, i dont think emrakul would get hit by that, it has protection from colored spells, and I dont think it would be affected

It says protection from colored spells. The enchantment isn't a spell, it's an ability.
