You need a second creature with a cool tap ability. It and the engineer will be infinitely powerful/tough and you will unleash the effect of the second creature an unlimited amount of times.

or a prodigal sorcerer for infinite ping...

or Arcanis, the impotent, errr, i mean Arcanis, the Omnipotent, for infinite draw...

or an Aphetto Alchemist for infinite creature/artifact untap...

or... or... or... the possibilities are endless...

no the possibilities are not endless,  you need is a way to untap the scepter,

and don't you worry gericault, you can use vitalize if you don't want the pump...

if you want to have infinite mana, then use a creature that can produce 3 or more mana...

if you want to use infinite creature untap then use 3 creatures and vitalize...
