I have a deck built around this with lilliana's caress and painful quandary.  If you get your enchants out fast enough (assuming no one notices the shenanigans you are about to pull), and the black shrine whose name eludes me, everytime you have an upkeep, someone discards quite a few and takes a ton.  If they cast something to destroy or remove they still lose life unless they discard and then they take a ton more.

It's a red/black deck with only 2 mechanics.  Every card is either "target player/player's discard card" and "destroy target land/artifact".

If all goes well, you can topdeck the entire board and then destroy lands as they come out.
