It works. Is pretty evil too, once managed to do this in a Kamigawa sealed game by tricking an opponent into activating a Genju as a blocker, then pulled all the forests out of their deck :)

Eradicate doesn't care what other types the card has, it just has to be a non-black creature :)

Once they're creatures, they're fair game.

'Wait... do you want say, enchantments that change lands into creatures which are still lands doesnīt protect that creatures/lands from effects like:destroy target creature?'

Correct, in the same way that being an Artifact Creature provides no protection from creature kill (with exceptions).

All that matters is that the permanent is a Creature. Other types such as Land, Artifact or Enchantment don't matter, unless the spell specifically states it (e.g. Terror specifies a nonartifact creature).

Having multiple types generally makes a card more vulnerable as more removal spells can hit it, e.g. both Dark Banishing AND Shatter can kill Platinum Angel.

(Funnily enough, as typing this I thought of a way to have an Artifact Creature Enchantment Land in play...)

It's a note that the land becomes a Creature Land, rather than just a Creature. Same with pretty much any animation effect, it gains creature as an additional type.

(In other news I figured out how to add 'Tribal' to the above list :D)

Myr landshaper would be good with cards like shatter.  There are many low cost cards that can easily destroy artifacts.  This is one of the reasons that Mycosynth Lattice is such a great combo card.
